Bible Guided Policies

Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to Bible Guided, including our AI-assisted spiritual tools, subscriptions, commerce, church tools, and community features.

Last Updated: August 16, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and the company operating Bible Guided and contain important disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms.

1. Agreement, Parties, and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Ardanbloom Enterprises Incorporated, the operator of Bible Guided ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the service, creating an account, clicking to accept, or purchasing anything, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Product-specific terms presented at checkout or within a feature also apply; if they conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Individual account holders must be at least 18 or the age of majority where they live. A person age 13 through 17 may use the service only with a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision. Children under 13 may not create their own accounts; a parent or guardian is responsible for any child profile or child-directed feature used through the adult's account. Anyone using the service for a church, ministry, or other organization represents that they have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts and Electronic Communications

You are responsible for your account and for keeping its information current.

  • Provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to use, and keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.
  • You consent to transact electronically and to receive required notices through the service or at the email address associated with your account.
  • You may not sell, transfer, share, or impersonate another person's account. We may require identity or authority verification where reasonably necessary.

3. Limited License and Platform Ownership

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the service for its intended purpose. This license does not permit resale, commercial exploitation, or use to build or train a competing product unless we agree in writing.

The service, software, designs, branding, workflows, databases, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no right is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation, but we do not acquire ownership of your confidential personal content merely because you provide feedback.

4. AI, Spiritual Guidance, and Emergencies

Some features use artificial intelligence or automated systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inconsistent, and may misquote, misidentify, or invent sources. Review outputs independently and verify important Scripture, factual, and practical information before relying on it. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the service.

The service provides general informational, educational, and spiritual-support content. It is not a substitute for clergy you trust, licensed medical or mental-health care, legal advice, financial advice, or any other professional service. Using the service does not create a clergy-penitent, therapist-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other privileged or professional relationship with us.

The service is not an emergency or crisis service and is not continuously monitored. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not delay obtaining qualified help because of content from the service.

5. Scripture, Denominations, and Religious Content

Bible translations, canons, book names, verse numbering, and denominational interpretations differ. Edition labels and routing are provided for convenience and may not perfectly reflect every tradition or local practice. Commentary, prayers, study material, and AI-generated content are distinct from the underlying Scripture text and may still be under development for a particular edition or language.

Religious content is offered for reflection and education and is not a guarantee of theological accuracy, divine guidance, pastoral suitability, or any outcome. The inclusion of a translation, denomination, church, pastor, ministry, or external resource does not by itself mean that we endorse it or that it endorses us. Verify material with the edition and trusted leaders appropriate to you.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Prices, billing intervals, included features, currency, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Taxes and processor charges may apply. You authorize us and our payment processors, including Stripe where offered, to charge the payment method you provide. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms; we generally do not receive full card numbers.

A subscription automatically renews for successive billing periods at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal. By starting one, you authorize recurring charges without a separate notice for each renewal, subject to applicable law. We may change prices or plan features prospectively after reasonable notice. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

You are responsible for valid billing information and authorized charges. We may suspend paid benefits after a failed, reversed, disputed, or overdue payment and may correct pricing or description errors before fulfillment. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in suspension and recovery of permitted costs.

7. Credits, Gift Cards, Promotions, and Digital Benefits

Credits, gift-card balances, rewards, and similar digital benefits are limited contractual rights to obtain eligible service features. They are not cash, deposits, securities, or personal property; have no cash value except where law requires; and may not be sold, transferred, or used outside the service unless the applicable offer expressly permits it. Expiration, eligibility, regional, and usage rules disclosed with the product or promotion apply.

We may correct errors, reverse benefits tied to a refund, chargeback, fraud, or abuse, and modify or end free or promotional programs. We will not retroactively take away a purchased balance except as permitted by its disclosed terms, these Terms, or law. Promotional benefits may expire or be revoked as stated in the offer.

8. Cancellation, Refunds, and Taxes

You may cancel a subscription using available account controls or by contacting support. Unless checkout says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues through the current paid period. Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription, so use the subscription cancellation process as well.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed charges are nonrefundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time. Approved refunds may reverse associated credits, entitlements, store credit, or rewards. You are responsible for taxes we are legally required to collect or that apply to your use or purchase.

9. Churches, Pastors, Giving, Events, and Marketplace Activity

Churches, pastors, ministries, organizers, sellers, and other users are independent from us unless we expressly state otherwise. They are responsible for their profiles, claims, content, member permissions, goods, services, events, safeguarding practices, and compliance with law. Verification badges or reviews indicate only the checks described in the service and are not guarantees or endorsements.

A church or ministry using member-management tools must have a lawful basis and appropriate permission to upload, invite, contact, or manage people. It must protect exported information and honor applicable privacy, communications, employment, child-safety, nonprofit, fundraising, and tax rules.

Giving and event payments may be processed by third parties and are subject to recipient and processor terms. Unless expressly identified as the recipient, we are a technology provider, not the charitable beneficiary, fundraiser, escrow agent, fiduciary, or tax adviser. We do not guarantee that a payment is tax-deductible, that an event will occur, or that a church or seller will fulfill an obligation. Direct disputes about those matters to the responsible recipient first.

10. Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, format, transmit, display, moderate, and make technical adaptations of that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service to you and your intended audience. For content you deliberately make public, the license also permits us to display and promote it in connection with the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for your content and our permitted use of it; that it is accurate where presented as factual; and that it does not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or another person's rights. Do not submit information you are not authorized to disclose, including another person's sensitive information.

You may delete content using available controls, but removal can take time and copies may remain in backups, records required by law, content shared with others, or deidentified data. The license ends when deletion is complete except to that limited extent and for content others have independently retained or reshared as permitted.

11. Community Features and Seeded Activity

Community content reflects its authors' views, not ours, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, safe, available, or suitable. We may review, limit, label, decline to distribute, or remove content and may use automated and human moderation, but we are not obligated to monitor every interaction.

To demonstrate features, test systems, improve a new community's usefulness, and avoid an empty-site experience, the service may include platform-generated or seeded profiles, posts, comments, reactions, circles, activity, or illustrative engagement counts. Such activity is synthetic rather than the action of an independently registered member unless identified otherwise. We monitor real and seeded activity separately in our internal operations and may change or remove seeded material at any time.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service or help another person do so. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Breaking law; threatening, exploiting, harassing, defaming, discriminating against, or endangering another person; or posting sexual content involving minors.
  • Uploading malware; probing or bypassing security or access controls; disrupting service; or accessing accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
  • Scraping, harvesting, bulk extracting, framing, mirroring, reverse engineering, or automated use beyond documented interfaces, except where law does not permit that restriction.
  • Using the service or its output to train a competing model or service, generate spam or deception, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact.
  • Infringing intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights, or submitting content you lack authority to share.
  • Using the service for high-risk decisions, emergency response, illegal fundraising, payment fraud, sanctions evasion, or any purpose inconsistent with intended spiritual and community support.

13. Privacy, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information and the choices available to you. The service may use cookies and consent-controlled analytics or session-replay tools to understand performance and usability. Where required, optional analytics are not loaded until you consent, and you can change your choice through available cookie preferences.

The service may link to or integrate with payment processors, churches, maps, social networks, AI providers, or other third parties. Their products, content, availability, security, and data practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, though these Terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you against us.

14. Email, SMS, and Service Messages

We may send transactional and service messages needed for accounts, security, purchases, subscriptions, requested prayers or content, and material legal or product notices. You are responsible for keeping contact information current. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by providers, filters, outages, or incorrect information.

Marketing messages are subject to the consent and opt-out choices described when you subscribe. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the message link or available settings, but may still receive nonmarketing messages necessary to provide the service or complete a transaction.

15. Copyright and Rights Complaints

We respect intellectual-property and other rights. A complaint should identify the protected work or right, the material at issue and its location, your contact information, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. Send complaints to the support address below. Knowingly false notices may create liability.

We may remove or restrict disputed material, request more information, notify the submitting user, restore material when appropriate, and suspend repeat infringers. This process does not waive any formal notice or counter-notice right available under applicable law.

16. Changes to and Availability of the Service

We may add, modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features, content, integrations, plans, or regional availability. We do not promise that the service or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device. Maintenance, outages, abuse prevention, legal requirements, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect access.

Preview, beta, experimental, free, or promotional features may be changed or withdrawn at any time and may be less reliable. We may set reasonable usage, storage, rate, geographic, account, and technical limits. Where law or a specific paid commitment requires notice or a remedy, we will provide it.

17. Suspension, Termination, and Effect

You may stop using the service and may request account deletion through available controls or support. We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or decline service when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, address fraud or legal risk, respond to authorities, or manage a discontinued service. When practical and lawful, we may give notice and an opportunity to cure.

Termination does not erase payment obligations or liabilities that arose earlier. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, licenses needed for retained copies, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and general terms—will survive. Data handling after termination remains subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

18. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, OUTPUTS, PRODUCTS, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SPIRITUAL, PERSONAL, COMMERCIAL, MEDICAL, RELATIONSHIP, FUNDRAISING, ATTENDANCE, OR OTHER RESULT; THAT CONTENT OR SCRIPTURE ROUTING WILL MATCH YOUR BELIEFS OR NEEDS; OR THAT DEFECTS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS WILL ALWAYS BE DETECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, CONTENT, OR OPPORTUNITIES; PERSONAL OR SPIRITUAL DECISIONS; OR THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR THIRD PARTIES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH HARM WAS POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF Ardanbloom Enterprises Incorporated AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT CREATING LIABILITY. THESE LIMITS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, BUT DO NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

20. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your unlawful or unauthorized conduct, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.

If you use the service for a church, ministry, business, or organization, that organization also agrees to defend the covered claim at its expense with counsel reasonably acceptable to us. We may control the defense or participate with our own counsel, and you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes an obligation on us without our written consent.

21. Informal Resolution, Governing Law, and Courts

Before filing a lawsuit, the complaining party must send a written notice describing the dispute, supporting facts, requested relief, and contact information, then allow 30 days for a good-faith effort to resolve it. Send notice to the support address below with the subject "Legal Dispute Notice." This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, protecting intellectual-property or security rights, filing an eligible individual small-claims matter, or acting before a legal deadline expires.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory law where you live remains applicable when it cannot validly be waived. Subject to the preceding sentence, you and Ardanbloom Enterprises Incorporated consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Hampshire.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES TRIAL BY JURY, AND CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ONLY IN THAT PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If applicable law does not permit a waiver in a particular claim or jurisdiction, that waiver will not apply to that extent and the remainder of this section will continue to apply.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect product changes, legal or security requirements, risk controls, or business needs. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. For material changes, we will provide reasonable additional notice—such as through the service or by email—before the changes apply when required or appropriate. Changes ordinarily apply prospectively, not to disputes already formally noticed.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the affected service and cancel recurring purchases before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We may require affirmative acceptance for significant changes. No employee or agent may modify these Terms for you unless an authorized representative agrees in writing.

23. General Terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable product-specific terms are the entire agreement about the service and supersede prior discussions on that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the rest will remain effective. A waiver must be in writing and is not a continuing waiver. Section headings are only for convenience, and "including" means "including without limitation." There are no third-party beneficiaries except as expressly stated.

You may not assign these Terms or an account without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with an affiliate, financing, reorganization, merger, sale of assets, or transfer of the service. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices to you may be sent to your account email, displayed in the service, or posted on the applicable policy page. English controls to the extent a translation conflicts, except where law requires otherwise.

24. Contact
