1. Agreement & Eligibility

By creating an account or using Bible Guided you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate. Church and pastor accounts confirm they have authority to represent their ministries.

2. Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your login.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
• We may suspend, limit, or remove accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium plans, add-ons, or church products are billed by Stripe using the payment method you provide.
• Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from the dashboard to avoid future charges.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated during checkout.
• We may adjust pricing or feature bundles with reasonable notice.

4. Church & Pastor Tools

Pastors can invite members, publish sermons, collect giving, and manage events. By uploading content you represent that:

• You own or have rights to publish the text, media, or announcements you share.
• You will obtain consent before sharing member data and will respect privacy regulations.
• You will not upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing material.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
• Use Bible Guided for spam, harassment, hateful conduct, or misinformation.
• Scrape or misuse content belonging to other members or churches.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove content or disable accounts that violate these expectations.

6. Content Ownership & Licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Bible Guided a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to deliver the service. Aggregated or anonymized analytics may be used to improve experiences and guard against abuse.

7. AI Guidance Disclaimer

Our AI assistant provides scriptural references and spiritual encouragement, but it is not a replacement for licensed counseling, emergency care, or professional financial/legal advice. Always seek help from qualified professionals when needed.

8. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or create risk for the community. Upon termination we may delete or anonymize data subject to legal obligations.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Bible Guided is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ardanbloom Enterprises and Bible Guided are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow such exclusions, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Bible Guided, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas unless another venue is mutually agreed upon.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business needs. We will post the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the dashboard or email. Continued use after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.
