These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bible Guided Clean (the "App"), operated by Bible Guided Clean Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you ("you," "your," "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility for your use. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of Services

The App provides spiritual guidance, personal development resources, and supportive tools. The App is NOT a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not provide professional mental health counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

3. No Professional Relationship

Your use of the App does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, attorney–client, or fiduciary relationship. Content generated by the App (including AI responses, guidance, exercises, or recommendations) is for informational and spiritual purposes only. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical or mental health conditions.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or use the App for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be disclosed at purchase. Payments are processed through third-party providers. By subscribing, you agree to their terms as well. We may change pricing or subscription plans at any time, with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App or its content without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

If you submit content (questions, journal entries, feedback, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, and analyze that content for the purposes of providing and improving the App. You remain the owner of your content.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to such data practices.

9. Disclaimers

The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or health outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or (b) $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App inappropriately. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
